This is a very beautiful part of our country. A big tourist attraction. Local kids are out of school for fall break. Guess what? They go to school year round and have more breaks! I would say this is coming to our area next. Very progressive out here with a lot of emphasis on light pollution. They don't want to muck up the sky's for star gazing I think. Florida is the same way with the commercial business being off the road where you don't even know it is there. No big signage like in Michigan with the monster Golden arches for McDonalds, cant even tell there is a McDonalds there......
tourism is the major business here!
Our Pulaski day dinner at the Oak Creek Brewery in Sedona. A combination of Keilbasa, Italian Sausage, and Bratwurst with red skin mashed and sauerkraut with a homemade mustard with horseradish. The best amber ale I have ever had. I am going to bring a six pack to Bevin and Stevens for a gift and a six pack for me to drink!
